Menu ideas for the ice cream social

Ice creams:
Salted caramel
Lyon Farms blackberry
(Vegan) coconut straciatella

Sauces:
Ginger butterscotch
Wilbur Bud hot fudge (provided I can procure Wilbur Buds before then) 
(Vegan) raspberry coulis

Toppings:
sour cherry chocolate chip cookies
(Vegan) sweet/spicy candied pecans
vanilla bean whipped cream
Brown butter cookies

I think I'd like to do a "flight" of ice creams, and people can pick toppings/sauces from the menu. I'll post a real menu sometime tomorrow. Suggestions welcome!

  2. I am, I just do desserts though. I just had my second run on Saturday and 16 people came, pretty exciting! Though it's hard to figure out how to get people to know about it; I'm mostly operating on word of mouth right now.
